I would strongly suggest not renting here. Upon move out they fabricated small charges to total a huge amount in damages which were not true. I am having to get a third party involved to dispute. What a mess. After 25 years of renting, this is the first time I have ever had any charges upon moving out. Stay away!!!! For the price, it is not that nice anyway.
