Yo!

Good but not perfect.

The place is old there is no doubt about it and things will break or fall apart. The good thing is that the staff is top notch and fix things quickly. Although old it doesn't wreak of the musty old smell like some of the other older apartments in the area. The appliances are cheap the oven has no light or window. The carpet is cheap too. The kitchen counters have been painted over multiple times or "resurfaced" (in apartment speak I.e. "Sparkling" Pools.) Some of the floor plans are just plain bad make sure you check out more than one lay out before you decide. Or you will learn the hard way when you get your furniture in and are sitting way far away from your TV and your table is crammed up against a wall. You can't beat the location and price. You could pay less and take a big step down in this area or you are looking at paying 20% - 30% more for a smaller newer apartment in the area. Overall not a bad place to live.
