Good for the location and price

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I lived here on two separate occasions and liked it. It was quiet and safe when I was there, but have heard from an existing tenant that I still talk to that crim e has gone up since 2005 and background checks have maybe become more lax.
