Great, but safe' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here for a while and find that the staff is excellent and responsive, if not always as fast as I would like it. Still the job gets done. Parking is good, but I have to agree with the concerns regarding flooding since it is right next to Braes Bayou and once the central parking area starts flooding there is no way out. In general I feel safe here and sometimes I have forgotten to lock my door. The safety of vehicles parked on the premisses is another issue since there is no controlled access and the complex is wide open to the Bayou trails side. I would not want live on the first floor.
