I am a student in a local university and I moved to Meyergrove seeking a decent place to study and rest at night.

All the residents here are very nice.

They all say hello and ask how you are doing every time I see them.

There is virtually no noise (well insulated and sound-proof wall).

I have never had a problem finding a place to park my car.

The buildings might not look new outside (or inside for that matter).

However, everything is kept neat and tidy.

The neighborhood is very safe.

The apartment doesn't have a gate.

I have never had any problem with my car or hear about any other safety problems.

I saw a cockroach once or twice but nothing more.

I'm a tenant too. :o) I agree. I think in our whole time - we've had like 1 bug. They spray when ya ask and will schedule someone to come out if you do have a problem. It's not the complex's fault there are bugs all of the time. Some people live in not so 'clean' conditions...and can attract bugs. But who cares? Bugs are bugs. We co-exist. Love thy neighbor, love MeyerGrove and love pest control. :o)~ YEAY MEYERGROVE!!!! Love them!
