When I first moved in, I really liked the place. The complex was mostly vacant at that time and it was quiet and nicely maintained. The original staff was extremely friendly and responsive. However in the one and a half years I lived there it really went downhill. The entire office staff has changed and they are not nearly as competant or responsive. The complex is now nearly completely full and many of the residents are extremely noisy. Some of them permit their pets to urinate and deficate in the parking garage. The residents drive like maniacs in the narrow parking garage. There have been NUMEROUS break-ins to apartments during the day in weekdays and the office staff has done little to improve security. In fact, since the office staff changed members they have DECREASED the number of security officers that used to patrol the garage and grounds. Now there is just one guy in a golf cart. There have also been numerous car thefts and vandalism events. The trash situation is also disgusting. On the weekends the trash piles up in the chutes in the garage and the solution management came up with was to chain ugly plastic dump carts next to the chute to also pile up with stinking garbage. After the decline in quality in the aesthetics and staff as well as the increase in crime, I decided to buy a home instead. The floor plans are nice, but for the money they are asking it should be better.
