HORRIBLE!!! READ THIS From: dereck_makeshift@hotmail.com Date posted: 10/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   absolutley horrible management, we have had nothing but problem after problem with the property manager, she does not care at all about anyone that lives here. they put a note on our door to let us know our lease was up and to either resign the lease or vacate by july 28 so we went to alta lofts, our new place which btw is waaaaay nicer,and were getting the paper work outta the way cause they told us this on july 25 and when alta sent for our rental history the property manager responded with "HAS NOT GIVEN WRITTEN NOTICE" in big letters across the paper back to us, so we asked them why when they had posted that note on our door so she made up some bs and said we have to give a 60 day notice so we did and had to pay an extra $600 month on our rent and once again we just got our paper work done at alta and they send for rental history and she responded once again claiming we didn't give written notice. thank god we saved the fax or we'd be stuck in this dump for 2 more months. i would never ever recommend this place to anyone, we moved in and the carpet looked good but about a week later the stains came up from the padding below and looked horrible, there's roachs and spiders everywhere. sometimes our water turns off for no reason, and we pay all our bills. and the funy thing is i know lots of people that have lived here and i have heard the same things from them, as a matter of fact even if u are a good resident i know people that they have given bad reviews to even tho they never had any complaints or was ever late on rent, i will never live here again it is horrible!! oh and my friends motorcycle got stolen from the garage, hm funny how when i drive by our security gaurd at 3am when i get off work he's sleeping in his car!! no joke. you've been warned And for the latest, we go to get the rest of our stuff out today and they change the locks on us without warning, a call nothing, they attempted to keep us in there for another two months by bullshitting, not gonna happen got the new place and it's incredible, and the staff and property manager is great, do ur self a favor and do not even consider midtown heights and make the same mistakes to many of us have
