This apartment community was fantastic when I first moved in, but then in the rush to fill it up, the management decided to open the gates and let anyone in. Too many noise complaints for me to count but certainly can get noisy. Also, the club house/business center is only open during working hours, so essentially, you are over a $1000 for the privilege of using the pool and the gym aside from your apartment. Parking on the first floor sucks but the basement lot is not bad. Double parking is not uncommon. The units are nice but lack proper lighting. Dog owners don't pick up after their pets and walk their dogs without a leash. Leasing staff are polite but can be rude sometimes. Maybe its that time of the month for them whenever I see them ('). Maintenance is top notch. Everything is taken care of promptly. Also, there is only one freight elevator for the entire apartment community so if your apartment is not in the north end of the building, be prepared to do some serious moving.
