CHANGES From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004   When I first moved to the Mint it was a very nice place to live but as the years went on it becames very disorganized. Staff is always changing and nothing gets repaired immediately. Everyone is so slow. It has become unsafe there has been two murders on the property and a lot of break in and cars stolen on the property. They started a painting job on the complex,but never finished it. It looks like sprayed paint on the outside of everyones apartment and it really looks terrible. Maybe if there is more organization around the property and police around before things happen it will be a better place to live. I would not recommend these apartments at this time.
