Great Apartments From: OffA10 Date posted: 2/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved here from El Mundo Park. I was upset when new management (Lincoln) took over because a huge reason I moved to this complex was the wonderful management. However, there has been a smooth transition and few problems. The price is great for the location and the quality of apartments. I never have parking problems and when I need maintenance, it is done immediately. Plus the landscaping is absolutely gorgeous! Compared to other properties I looked at in this area, it is great deal!
