Great location. Lovely landscaping. Nice and helpful staff, especially the assistant manager. The previous manager, michelle, is gone after a charming display of incompetence during the crisis of Hurricane Ike...kudos to lincoln property management. Loved the parking...all covered spots!!! Gated with remote entry and security guard from 6a to 6m, however, not impenetrable...management informed us promptly when a mugging occurred about two years ago. The pool area is fantastic! and the area college kids think so too and make it a "party for everyone!" on the weekends...so go early in the day or byob and join right in! :) The plumbing is old and constantly needing repairs so expect to have your water shut off 2-3 days per month and/or wake up to a cold shower in the morning a couple days a month. Live on a top level to avoid overhead noise...it really sounds like someone wearing tap shoes...otherwise a very quiet place. Rent skyrockets with each renewal so I recommend signing as long of a lease possible...fabulous updates, though! Maintenance staff are very efficient!! You have to find humor in apartment living because, afterall, it's like having 100 diverse roommates! Overall, a good living experience for me!
