I live in a three bedroom unit. The square footage is one of the largest in the area. The price is reasonable in comparison to the other apts on the same street. . The staff here is usually pleasant and professional to me. But there is no disputing the parking is challenging. Guest are not allowed to park inside the gate after 10pm. The visitors parking in front of the office is very limited. Maintenance is great! These apts immediately after Ike/hurricane started to make repairs ( as soon as the power was back on). I personally have not had problems with break ins or vandalism. However this is the city anything is possible. I dont have plans to renew again mainly due to parking. We've had guest cars towed in the past. The wreckers are in here promptly at 10:05 and on the prowl for victims. Who ever plan the construction of this complex, poorly planned the parking..
