I lived in a one bedroom which was small but cozy and very cheap. The only problems I had were no parking at all for guests (if anyone came over to your house, good luck trying to find a parking spot at night- all of winsome is packed with cars outside every complex) and the fact that they never gave me my deposit back! Also, I heard from neighbors about burglary in some of the apartments; the staff didn't let anyone know about anything. The neighbor had a feeling it was someone in the complex.
