Pros: Some nice amenities (kitchen, timer-AC, gym, etc) Nice staff
Cons: Full of strippers and ---------- ! Nice on the exterior....(see below)
-Great clubhouse... but reserved for some 5 year olds private birthday party all the time! -Gym has nice flat-screen TV... but it hasn't worked in forever! -Advertises security guard... who's there 3 out of 24 hours of every day! -Pool area has very nice stainless steel gas grill... which has been broken for months! -Unbalanced ceiling fans shake and rattle -Family of elephant upstairs romp around all hours of the day (no sound from side-neighbors, thank god) -Automatic sprinklers spray and flood walkway every other day
You would think that an upscale, high-rent place attract quiet, civil tenants, but in actually theyre mostly young douchebag kids rocketing around the parking garage in daddy's leased bmw/mbz. also, they seem to permanently occupy the disabled/handicapped/visitor/temporary parking spots. just visit the complex once and see for yourself.
today, one douchebag revved his new crotch-rocket in the parking garage for half an hour (parking structure amplifies the sound), and then looped all around the perimeter of the apartment complex. perhaps trying to attract the attention if the strippers.
this place tries to sell you on its facade, but its nothing more than a dressed up dump.

Yes, i agree. I guess if the -------- makes enough money, has no criminal record and his credit is excellent, MGT should reject his application based on his age alone. Then again, i am sure breaks a couple of non-discriminatory laws...i could be wrong....
Oh, by the way, that -------- is me, and i guess i met my goal, i got the attention of at least one stripper (you)
It sounds to me like you are the "young --------". Your rattling fan, and the overweight people above you are clearly MGT issues. Talk to MGT, maybe they can evict the person above you based on their weight.
