I posted the first review about this place in Oct 07 and I felt that I need to update it to help anybody considering moving in. You don't see a lot of reviews here about the place because its a small place, only 40 apartments, and most of them are long-term residents. I have been here for over two years now, moved from an efficiency into a 1-bedroom and love the place. The Area, the safety, the staff, the services, the maintenance people, the rent, almost everything about this place is great. The only thing I miss is having an exercise room as the big-apartment places, but for that I got a membership in 24hr fitness. Clean gated pool, pet-friendly, assigned parking, and I love my neighbors... :) I am happy I moved here. 100% recommend.

watch out everyone! I never signed a lease, never moved in, I didn't even meet their entrance qualifications, yet they wanted to keep the deposit in addition to the app. fee. A staff change in one week, they lost some of my paperwork, and they turned me over to the big three credit reporting agencies. Like Thomas Hobbes said: "...nasty, brutish, and short..."

If we hold an apt. for you & the day you come to move in you change your mind when we had other people we could have rented it to but held it for you, yes you will loose your deposit. If you didn't qualify then we would have refunded your money not turn you over to the credit bureau unless your check bounced then we would have filed on you. All apts. would do the same. We value our residents and try to make their stay with us as comfortable as possible.
