The property is an older but small community . The good thing its small enough so that you know your neighbors . The staff is great (office and outside maintenance ) The pool is keep up like alot of other properties are not . Maint. always responds in a timely manner , most always the same day . The grounds are clean ,trash is always picked up , it probably helps that we have the valet trash service . The office has always been professioinal the only people I see on this site that are bitching is the ones who pay late or being evicted for other reasons .This is just as good of place to live then ANY
place else . Crime does not choose where it wants to be commited . Crime is everywhere even in the most upscale places . Morningside Green has pretty much what every other apartment complex except, we pay less than alot of the newer places . We have better service than alot of the newer places . I love it Here .
