there are a lot of good things and bad things.
Good:
great views
great gym
nice pool
nice floor plans
building is nice
quality of apt is nice
concierge is nice
Bad:
hallways are not air conditioned
freight elevator doesn't work but it will come to your floor, preventing any other elevator to be called
elevators are not air conditioned
the staff are clueless, you will talk to three people before you get what you need
the pool is only sunny for the early part of the day as it is shaded by one building
assigned parking
gaps under the entry doors allows your air to flow into the hallway - could cause high bills
apts get dusty reallllllly quick
no storeage units

The Sales team is utterly useless led by the life coach and big bird of a girl (not woman, she is dumb!) yet they influence the GM who is old and failed and dreams of yesteryear ....the minority concierge are great but are all fired. again....shockingly prejudice and liars. still waiting for my money...a den of thieves and liars!
