This place is filled with drug dealers. You will see them walking around at 9AM in the morning all over the complex on their cell phones. They get into cars and drive around the block once to sell some drugs and then its back to their cell phone again. Also you may be woken up by gunshots frequently.
The only person who could possible write a good review about this place is someone who works there and wants to kiss A** so they can get a raise. Apparently the staff and management know all about how to stiff their tenants out of money. They lie to you, make errors in the computer, and then laugh behind your back when you ask for the number to call the corporate office. The corporate office will never return your phone call. They will simply ignore you and your complaints and hope that you will just go away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!!
If you own a gun and have a license for it....bring it with you if you rent at this place, because it is very possible that you will need it to protect yourself.
The place is filled with Low-life criminals.
I blame this on the management. They let anyone live here.

I am sooooo sorry you had to go through all that... the whole area is going downhill. I think Alief is spreading north, I am very familiar with the management and how rude they are at the Myriad, and even more familiar with the nasty low-lifes that live there now!

I think that the staff is great! Ive never had a problem with anyone in there when I went to complain about my upstairs neighbor, the problem was quickly solved. As far as the low life criminals, they come from Chelsea Court, which is for low income residents and they also took in a great amount of New Orleans evacuees.
