Pros : Lots of storage space, big rooms, low rent, friendly manager (Sue) and good service, well maintained lawns

Cons : Attached to a low cost govt housing, inadequate lighting at night in certain areas

A little bit of common sense and self awareness and this apartment is as safe as the other "luxurious" ones around.

I'd recommend this place to bachelors who are looking for a low cost, pretty safe option - definitely worth the money!
