IMPROVING, BUT GOOD BIT TO GO BEFORE BEING GREAT

Visitor parking is almost nonexistant. Now that the one building that that burned (due to resident error) has been torn down, the property appearance, and safety, should improve, as well as clear space for the planned play area. This will also help with safety as, hopefully, the (apparently unsupervised) kids will no longer play in the street, driveways, and garage tunnels. It does appear that the new management is working on improving the appearance of the property and appearance is important however, it is maintenance and service that keeps a resident and I have seen no indication that management wants to improve these areas, yet. Overall, having lived here just over two years, I have felt safe and comfortable. Every apartment complex has its share of bad experiences because of resident turnover - you don't always get quality residents and residents have as much to do with how good a property is as much as management does. I am hopeful that once the appearance issues are under control, management will put more energy into individual apartment maintenance.
