New Manager is awesome From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We have had several managers throughout the last year, but the new one seems to be really helpful and cares about the residents. They do have a few maintenance issues but I can tell that they are really trying to take care of them. I had a roof leak for 6 months before she came and I called her one time and the next day they were out to fix it. It is very quite and peaceful and I love that I have an attached garage.
