Although the property is a little old, and the technology of the accoutraments is severly outdated and rusting, I would choose this complex over any in the neighborhood. Sure, sometimes my AC goes out in the middle of summer for a few days, and the roof has been known to leak on occasion, but the care and personal attention provided by the on site management/staff and feeling of community between the residents is a priceless comodity. The grounds are painstakingly looked after with near constant blooms and seasonal plants, and the numerous fountains and statues give an old world feel which delights the senses. On the (rare) occasions in the 7 years we've resided here that calling the police has been necessary, they arrived within 2 minutes and handled the situation tactfully.
