i've been here almost 6 months, the grounds are very nice. my apartment is clean and critter free, the appliances are a little outdated but still in good working condition. another review stated the nassau police force LOVE to give tickets and were they ever right! i've had my first two tickets here(i'm 33), and the city-appointed judge is VERY grouchy(he even yelled at his own court clerk during court). sheila is the manager and she has always been very helpful. i had to pay my rent late after hurricane rita and she waived the late fees. i do recommend this place if you like a clean, quiet, and inexpensive place, just beware the cops if you drive!
