I moved in about 3 months ago and decided to wait 90 days before I established an opinion just to make sure my thoughts were accurate and not just made hastily by being so impressed with Sheila, the Manager. I am pleased to announce that my first impression was right on***** 5 stars for Nassau Bay Village. :extrme: Management and Maintenance are beyond my expectations and I have not seen grounds this clean and fabulous anywhere I have ever lived or contemplated living at. I have only needed to request maintenance once since I have been here and it was only because i wanted to borrow some paint because when the movers moved me in they made a long small scratch on the wall and barely 2 minutes after I got off the phone with the request the nice maintenance guy was at my door with paint and brush; (after Sheila told me no problem, Maintenance will be happy to paint over it for me) without charging me or anything, i was in shock. You guys ROCK***************
