I moved here after reading all the reviews for the area and was sure I was at the best place for me, I just didn't know how different though. It's not "normal". By that I mean have you evr lived at a place where people have been there for 30, 25, 20 years' I mean not just one or two but multiple people have and their still here. Shiela and Ragie are wasting the special gifts they were given for dealing with people, they should be in Government or head of something for the whole country, it's just phenominal, eerie even. No matter what it is or how small or how big they don't just want to fix that they feel they should do something extra for you too. Hard to describe how you feel when you're around them, even if you're having a bad day you can't be with them and not feel great and want to be happy all the time like they are. As many problems as they surely deal with daily you would think that your problem is the only one they care about in the world and never seem to be tired or make you feel like you're bothering them. The people that live here are also the same way, always happy and friendly and speak to you on the sidewalks and act like they are your friend. Someone told me that on Mother's day Shiela and Ragie handed out beautiful keepsake glass roses on mother's day, sunday, when the office was even closed and birthday gifts to every resident on their birthday, get out! when I am in the laundry room you never people complaining about things not being fixed and griping abput everything like at other places. I wish there was a whole chain just like this, I'm thinking about getting into the business myself beacause of this place. This is just such a nice place to be and I am so impressed.
