Sheila is so fake and to me there is nothing worse than fake people. When you have an actual problem Sheila is useless. She pawns everything off on someone else "Oh, I didnt deal with that so I cant help you", I seriously wanted to say "What do you do then' Do you know the definition of Manager' What are you getting paid for, if someone else is always handling your job'". Reggie the maintenance guy is creepy. I had a couple things broken but I didnt want to call maintenance because I didnt want to be left alone with him. I would seriously consider other apartments before renting here.

For you to say that Sheila pawns off her responsiblities on someone else is ridiculous. There is no one else. She is the only one who handles anything that may come up at this complex. And as for your paranoid statement concerning Reggie, I have never spoken to any other tenant who says that Reggie is aything less than professional. As a current tenant here I can tell you that I certainly am glad you no longer live here. We here a Nassau Bay are not used to your kind of negativity. Obviously you belong somewhere else.

Reggie, creepy? *LOL* You seriously don't know what you're talking about or you didn't spend enough time here. We've been living here for over four years now and have seen a couple of management changes and the current team is probably the most professional when it comes to taking care of business.
