Nassau Bay Village Apartments

This is the best Apt. home I have ever rented From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The area is nice, people are nice, rent is low, we are very comfortable here. We are most impressed with the manager & maintenance staff. For the property being older & all the issues that come with that, Reggie works very hard to fix things that break, in a very timely manner. He has come to our rescue more then once, on holidays & after hours. Its nice to know that some one is right on site 24 hours a day. Sheila and Reggie are so friendly, They always have a warm greeting if you cross paths. I am always impressed that Reggie greets every one warmly in the morning as he is cleaning up the parking lot(litter & dog Poo), knowing that some one he is saying good morning to, may be responsible for it. I think most people that live here are good people, but there must be a few bad apples. Hopefully it makes them think - gee Reggie is a nice guy, why should he have to pick up my dogs poo' I mean it is nice that he dose it but come on would it kill some of you to clean up after yourselves' Any way back on subject, this is a great place to call home, and we will be here untill we buy a house of our own.
