My wife and I recently resided at Nassau Bay Village apartments. I was working on a long term assignment for 2 years with work. First off, for anyone that has anything bad to say about Sheila, let me say this... You will not find a more compassionate and loving person on the face of this Earth. She will go out of her way to make sure all accomodations for every single resident is not only made, but made with promptness. From my experience at the apartment, I have never had anything to complain about my entire 2 years there. I mean sure, there were some maintanence issues from time to time with sinks, or tubs, or what not. However, this is an apartment complex, all complexes will have maintanence issues at some point. But any time an issue came up, Sheila was very fast to having someone out to get it fixed. I have lived in other apartment complexes in and around this area, and there is not another complex anything like Nassau Bay Village. When I move back to Texas in a few months, I will definately move back to Nassay Bay Village. Thank you Sheila, for making our stay nothing short of perfect.

stop lying everyone these apartments are filthy full of whores and drugs. sheila the apartment manager is filling your head full of GAME! your property and balboa is up 4-sale people.City hall warned my wife and i. wer'e moving next week
