I am looking for Apartments in the Clear Lake area, and I don not think I can trust what I am reading. It looks like the Manager or someone in the front office is writing there own reviews, and posting it to give a better score. If someone wrote a negative response VERY QUICKLY there was someone to SLAM them. If Management is willing to try to control Free Speech I can only think of how they actually operate! I checked on other Apartments around Nassau Bay Apartments from what I gather they are Drugged up Thug Places......And ALL OF A SUDDEN there is a Garden of Eden over here''

I am the owner and I stay at Nassau Bay Village frequently. The residents are wonderful and caring. It is true that the property is older but well maintained. It is in an area close to the water where there are million dollar homes. It is true that there are two apartment properties across the street from us that have had lower screening standards. The police in Nassau Bay are the most vigilant of any police department I have ever seen. Just park your car in a handicap parking spot and you will have a ticket in less than two minutes. The police have done a good job policing the property and not allowing the bad element from drifting across the street. The police are working with the manager of Bay House Apartments and I have seen a dramatic improvement in their clientele over the past few months. If you are concerned about crime, I would encourage you to call the Nassau Bay Police Dept and get a crime report for the property. You will see a very low rate of crime at Nassau Bay Village. That is a lie these apartments are very clean and very nice we all get along and take care of each other around Nassau Bay you must be mistaking us for the apartments across the street. We have lived here for six years and never had a problem. The maintance guys are quick to fix things and Sheila is very sweet she takes the time out for her residents and she even gives cards out for the holidays. This is not mangement this is someone who lives there and has been living there for years these apartments are very nice. If we did have shady people they were all evicted when they cleaned house.

What Lie? There are Slums next door! I can't understand why there is a Sanctuary across the street from a Crackhouse. Do the Crackheads not know how to Cross the Street and walk 10 feet? It's sweet that you take care of each other....... "You have to because of the area", but do you actually want new people to move into the Apartments where you live when you know DAM! Well! that Drugs/Crime/Prositutation, and Fights goes on right outside your own door 20 FEET AWAY??? You mentioned yourself you had "Shady People" evicted. Why were they allowed to rent in the 1st place? I can respect the fact that you are hanging on to some pride of where you live, and what the area "Once Was" but WAKE UP!!!!!!!! you are a grown adult act like one. Have some pride in your age don't blindly be a person with the experience and common sence of a Adolescent..... The Apple dosen't fall far from the Tree. What's going on next door is 100% going on somewhere at the complex you live at "Don't Kid Yourself"....look outside you window from time to time.

I lived here before, and it is true that the management is very kind. This is not upscale living, though. For the quality level, this is top of its bracket. The apartments are painted and carpeted for each new client, they try to cut you a break on rent, and the property is maintained reasonably well. On the other hand, the washers/dryers are frequently broken, our pilot light on our stove went out constantly but the gas never shut off (their solution was to just strike a match in the gas-filled room), we had some issues with bugs (people came and sprayed when you reported it, but not until then), and the furnished furniture wasn't the best. It is true, there are cops across the street all the time. In all honesty, I never saw those people in this complex, but I was cautious at night anyway. The "cleaning house" referred to earlier was after FEMA quit paying rent and some people had to be asked to leave. As a student, it was just fine. If the price is in your bracket, this place is the best of its kind. If you want upscale, and want to pay 800 , then look elsewhere.

To Mr. Anonymous: Man, you're a moron. You are disparaging a place where you never have taken up residence. Why don't you do some adequate research before you open your HOLE! Of course, you won't believe me, but I am a resident and take offense for your ill-mannered remark. It is actually true that there is two apartment complexes across from Nassau Bay Village that do contain shady, low class people; however, they dare don't venture across our apartments because were vigilant about that (management and police are pretty good about this). By the way, those shady apartments aren't 20 feet from us idiot, more like 200 feet, RETARD!!!!!!!
