but there is a long line. Mrs. Santamaria was very nice and helpful to me, I had been looking at apartment's all day and everyone acted so snobby and made me feel unwanted until I got to Nassau Bay Village and she talked with me for over 30 minutes about tthe area and the new things coming and her other properties that could get me in but I wanted to stay with the schools here. She gave me a name of locator's to call that could help me. She has these really unususal business cards thatI liked so she gave me about 5. Wherever I decide to live I will only stay for 6 months and then try again to get in to Nassau Bay Village. I wish I had started looking sooner. I just wanted to say thank you.

Miss, are you aware that their are quite a number of Drug Addicts in the Complex next Door? I am not saying that to be funny or to sound like a Jerk. I am saying it because it is true. Do you know that their is a Rap sheet from here to the moon and back at the Nassau Bay Police Station on file with Drug Arrest, Fights, Car, and Apartment Robberies made next door. I am not saying anything bad about the Management at the Nassau Bay Apartments I am sure they are doing a fine job, and is working to correct the problem but they can only do so much because they don't own the Property. I can respect that. But I am writing this to let you know about safety issues in that area. Your safety means more to me than upsetting people for writing this. A woman was molisted in her Apartment not too long ago at another Complex next to the one you were looking at. I know there will be a rebuddle from someone saying "That's over there NOT OVER HERE, I haven't seen that" ...... Please have some commom since. I am saying to do your own research. When looking at "any" Apartment to live, you need to not only look at the Complex where you are going to move, but what is around you. If you live next door where there are quite a few Drug Addicts that means that they need money to supply there habbit. Drug addicts need money I/E Breaking into your Car or worse your Apartment. No complex is totally safe of course, but why move into a complex where the Management next door to you is letting those types of people in, and not doing anything about it. You can't thumb your nose at them and say that problem is over there. Guess what you are now Neighbors to them once you sign a lease. Why knowling do you want to put yourself in that situtation? Don't beleave me I am just giving my opinion. Do your own research talk to the corner store clerk who sees people there everyday, he will also explain to you the time he was held up at gun point! or call the Police Department and ask their opinion. This might seem excessive but a little FREE research now can save you Thousands later not to mention your safety being a woman. Good luck in your Apartment search.

If these reviews were written by management they really can't spell... that's sad. But i dont believe EVERYTHING is written by management. You can just read their personality in their writing. Think for yourself. But anyways i haven't even seen these apartments online just found the review so i have no opinion of them. But wait lol i did scroll down they do sound like they write their own reviews i didn't read them just saw the titles, but no one else has said anything really.

i this it's really easy to get other people they know (friends of theirs) to write reviews so it seems like they have several different people with different characters writing these reviews, but it's very obvious to me that management is writing it all. pathetic... not to mention the 90% rating. that's unrealistic. ohhh and the pricings are off.
