Believe it or not, I am not part of management; I am a resident that's been living here about two years. I've lived in many, many apartments (expensive and not-so-expensive) before, and I always had problems with management or neighbors or the neighborhood. This is the first and only apartment where I actually feel at peace. No freaking lie! The maintenance staff is actually superb, very attentive, and very responsive to all repairs. All my maintenance requests were done within 1 or 2 hours of me filing a report (albeit, they were small fixes). Management has always been very nice. And best of all, I have great neighbors who I consider like my friends. I could never utter that statement ever in the past. Most of my past apartment neighbors were complete a**holes who never gave a flip about noise, decency, or courtesy. If you look at even the expensive apartment ratings, you'll find many of those complexes contain these aforementioned a**holes! If you are decent person, this is one of the best apartments to rent ever!
P.S. Man, the rent is the icing on the cake; it's dirt freaking cheap considering the amount of square footage you receive! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
