Safe & Affordable From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   Nob Hill is an older "mega-complex" in Meyerland which has had some tenants who have lived here for years---I'm talkin' YEARS! We have lived here for four years. . .although the apartments are older, and have few modern, plush amenities (alright, none), the immediate area is good, although the outlying area down Braeswood toward 59 is a source of trouble. But if you want affordability, good maintenance, good management and an overall nice place to be, come here!
