Nob Hill is an older "mega-complex" in Meyerland which has had some tenants who have lived here for years---I'm talkin' YEARS! We have lived here for four years.

.although the apartments are older, and have few modern, plush amenities (alright, none), the immediate area is good, although the outlying area down Braeswood toward 59 is a source of trouble.

But if you want affordability, good maintenance, good management and an overall nice place to be, come here!
