Overall well run, however the office staff can be condescending/ineffective at times. When problems such as drug dealing residents or abandoned cars on street occur, it's pretty much left up to residents to get rid of the problem. Some of my neighbors have have significant problems with water backing up into bathtubs or no heating for several months in winter. It really depends on which unit you rent. The staff is a little inconsistent in enforcing rules, and they are reportedly very belligerent when dealing with problems like young children who accidentally lock their parents outside with a turn of the deadbolt-staff will not help you unless the incident occurs within office hours.
