As a visitor,

Nob Hill is pretty nice place. For what you pay for. Ive walked alone off and on property to get to my friends apartment. Never once felt unsecure.

People are friendly and polite. There gate always work. And most important the inside of the apartment. Is not in bad shape. At least not my friends.
