Parking: Sucks - too far away from your apt. You will have to drag grocery bags in the rain. Cars are frequently vandalized, tires slashed, etc. Tenants mugged.

Maintenance: Don't be fooled by the pretty grass. You live INSIDE the apt., not on the grass. Grass is cheap to maintain. WORST problem: AIR CONDITIONING SUCKS!!! Old chilled-water system. Moisture and water condensation in all your vents 24/7. This means MOLD, big time, blowing out in your apt. for you to breathe. This causes Legionaire's Disease.

Don't believe me' Remove the wall vents, look inside. What do you see' Thick black tar mold. Take a spoon and scoop some out. Watch it move. It's ALIVE. Ummmm, yummy. Hey, don't laugh...its in yer food, and the air you breathe. Its in your lungs. Now, ya stopped laughing, didn't ya. Take that black tar mold to the MAIN office on Braeswood. Dump it on Sue Shamberg's desk. Then rub her nose in it. Why' Because they won't do anything to remove the mold from your vent pipes. Even if they did, it would come back because of the old chilled water system.

Your neighbors: Low-rent, trailer park trash, who make lots of NOISE. Especially cheap loud stereos on your bedroom wall!

Why' Because Farb rents to any trashy slob who can pay the first month's rent. Half the apts. are RENT SUBSIDISED by the City of Houston. This means renter scum.
