living here is a pain in the ass... I pay the rent always on time... but they complain about my stuff in my pation... so what!!! if I put some non patio furniture on my pation!!! I paid for it n they keep telling me I can't do that it has to be neat n pation item only... whatever!!!they're so annoying... they think I'm 3 years old or what!!! annoying management
no wonder people won't move there!!!

they'll give u assigned parking far far away from ur place, the fitness room is a no no!!! it's too small n dark!!!
this apt only look nice from the outside!!!

Agreed. this owner and management will never be missed when gone either. It's time for good not evil to come to Houston, because people like this owner are destroying the city. Heaven help us. Their kind of evil, which it is, breaks the human spirit, which this owner delights in.

Baloney! The company that owns these properties is very good and have done a far superior job in keeping "desirable" tenants in the area. Look around you, there are FAR worse properties in Houston and far less qualified mgmt companies. The managers are bitchy, i will agree with you on that, but they do try to keep the place nice and keep the riff-raff out. And, please understand that any reputable apt complex requires residents to keep their patios nice, otherwise the place will look like a junkyard, or the wards.
