Maintenance usually takes twice to fix things. Nice thing is no bills. Management is really annoying if you do something that gets their attention, otherwise I never see them or hear from them (they way i like it). Parking your second vehicle is pretty bad because you only get one carport and the street parking fills up quickly. Good location--near grocery stores, school, park, short drive to galleria and easy freeway access.

the laundry is always broken, the managers look and act like carhops right out of the fifties, really trashy. If your looking for an insane asylum, this is the place for you. 3 thousand people living in too close of quarters, dogs run over, speeding becasue it sticks right out on the mains streets. It's dangerous. Do your children a favor and stay away, and look at the sex offender list for this zip code first!
