Farb has a policy to withold info of murders among tenants.

In 89 a woman was tossed in Braes Bayou after she was murdered.

PLEASE read the police web site on crimes.

The management and owner charge more to the ones that can afford it, and suck the life out of their checking accounts.

Don't be fooled by the owners picture hanging on the wall,may I add the size of a German Despot.

If you want nightmares, noise, and backed up body fluid in your bathroom sink from your next door neighbor, and raw sewage backed up in the bathtub all over the floor, for your babies to crawl in, live here.

Otherwise, stay away.

Run for your life while you are still in one piece.
