I have to admit, that I was so happy when I moved to Nob Hill North. The price, the floorplan, the neighborhood, it all made sense. But we started having problems with the plumbing from the very first day we moved in. As it was very old, I felt that not flushing toilet paper was normal. But things got worse. Our neighbors toilet kept backing up out into the walkway IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR!!!! It was sick!!! I have small children and they were not allowed to walk when it was wet, I would carry them over it!
I would complain, and management would look at me as if I were a Martian!!! I told them that they would not put up with sewage in front of their house, why should I'
The straw that broke the camel's back, well it is very SICK and EMBARRASING. But I tell you this true story so you will be warned, I was sitting on the toilet urinating, AND THE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM STARTING LEAKING SEWAGE ON ME!!!! YUCK!!!
I CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND THESE PEOPLE SHOWED NO COMPASSION. SO I GOT A PERMISSION TO BREAK MY LEASE, AND LEFT! PS THEY RAISE PRICES AS THE MOOD HITS THEM, BETWEEN 2004-2006 THEY HAVE HAD 2/1 FOR 645, 745, 945, AND 995!!!!!!
