Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
I've never had a problem at this place despite what others have said. I am a single female living alone and I feel safe here. management is nice and the area is very quite. Mostly elderly. The only REAL problem I had was with the waterbug roaches (I live above a pool and there are a lot of oak trees). But besides that, its been a happy 2 years. :)
