When these people want in make sure you have homeowners and call them.
They come in without telling you what time and if you happen to be getting dress etc..
the contractors will go in the office and the manager is so uptight about money that she will remove you from your own apartment, even while you are on the commode!
Don't hesitate to call the police.
This is not a joke.
Houston: Get the word out.

what you do is get a small garbage can and tupper ware, use hefty plastic bags and go to the rest room in that. Close it up and throw it in the garbage. Nob Hill is a thrid world housing project now, and do this until you can get out. Let them come in and don't make a fuss. Let the management think they are the best folks on earth and then run for your life! They are all insane.
