My fiance and I moved in July 2005 to a 2/1 at $665/month all bills paid...
Excellent! However, we are moving out because we have had HUGE rent increases for the past 2 years.
Our rent is now $815 in September 2007.
I never had a problem with maintenance.
They leave notices on your door a few days before each routine check such as filter change and pest control.
Any emergencies were taken care of swiftly.
Only had a couple sink issues.
Parking is better than it used to be since everyone is moving out.
The tenants are getting a little more rowdy and inconsiderate.
It used to be quiet older people but now there is getting to be more loud music and screaming kids.
Staff is friendly if you are a responsible tenant but they are no nonsense and with good reason.
Floor plans are functional and have lots of closet space.
Plenty of pools and courtyards to make you feel like you have your own private area.
