GOOD-Great area and apartment size.

Very quiet, great parking for residents.Maintenance resonds fast.

Great trash service.



BAD-Plumbing and electrical issues.

Little to no Parking for guests.Not very friendly staff.

Good and Bad mix of residents.

Prices high.
