the building is 42 years old.
it sure was a nice place to live, when mr.
farb was alive.
after his death, things got bad.
now the complex is sold.
all kinds of people (and i mean ALL kinds, if you get my drift) are moving in.
the hard-working folk is moving out.
i even saw a couple of low-riders picking up ladies from our complex.
the new residents are bringing many dogs.
it does get noisy at times.
maintenance is excellent.
ac not working (it is central, there is nothing they can do to fix it, they tell me).
grounds are clean.
parking is assigned.
there is plenty parking on the street as well.
the office staff is not any different from any other place i lived in.
they do enough to get by.
mail delivery is terrible - you will be missing mail.
the bottom line: this neighborhood is changing fast.
so is the complex.
just make sure you look at the people who live here before you move in.

No we don't "get your drift". Please explain. And, considering the residents passed the background, credit, and rental history check to move in, they are just as good as you.

loved it here. i lived at nob hill north for 4 years and i loved it. the staff was always professional courteous. i would recommed it to anyone. bills paid is awesome. location is great the price is right.

I get your drift and I'm now scared to be moving in soon. I choose theses apartments because of the OLD reputation they had and I was trying to get away from the trash I really hope where we are living we won't just be moving right back next to them.
