I moved to Nob Hill in June 08. I regret moving here everyday. The office staff are complete slackers and they do not understand customer service at all. Apparently, there are alot of college students that live here and they are noisy. People allow their children to run around all day and night. I often wonder where there parents are. Also, the utilities bills here are extremely expensive. I have ants in my apartment and I told management and they basically did nothing. I am just counting down when it's time to move.
