There is no reason to move here.
They are asking about $150 for electricity, water, gas, and trash.
The staff at main leasing office so so so rude.
This place is not a family place.
The new management has turned Nob Hill to a dormitory.
Stay away form Nob Hill if you do not want to be unhappy.

I live at Nob Hill and have been here for a very long time.Yes we will be paying utilities but my thought is if you thing it is too much you have no business living here in the first place.We still are having bingo to win rent off coupons and May 11th the TSU students are gone never to come back.
