Nob Hill management ask for extremly expensive Utility bills. It was $149 last month. Part of the complex is dormitory, yes it is right, it is actually a dormitory. It is 12 miles far from the downtown. The management smiles and does nothing, especially the main office. This neighborhood was so good place; however, the new owner reduced the quality of the services, while increasing the rent and Utilities. If you are a rich and noisy students, come here it is your place! But I still wonder why you dont find a cheaper and closer place to downtown'

Buildings and stuff in the partments are very old.
