Decreasing services, increasing prices

1-It`s really painful to communicate with the staff. They never keep promises.
2-They are continuously decreasing the services offered and increasing the prices.
3-It`s incredibly noisy at night. I wake up every morning around 5-6 o`clock with the shoutings of my neighbours.
4-The management leased the part of the complex as a dormitory so it`s like a college.
4-The complex never cleaned. The dirts are staying months long.
