Nob Hill

 

I have lived 5 years in nob hill west and south-west and referred more than 6 renters during this period, however I do not recommend it to anyone anymore.

this complex belonged to a real gentleman and also real business man called Harold something a while ago and was a great place for families to live, clean, proper and organized with a very hard working management and maintanence personnel.

Since a new company "luxury living!" acquired it last year ago everything is so bad and messed up it is real hard to describe..

Even the maintenance personnel working for nob hill since last 10 years are fed up with new management's cheap, unethical, unprofessional and incompetent policies...

if your are looking for trouble, you have it, families do not live here anymore...

people are loud, fighting yelling at each other after long hours of drinking and smoking at common areas, break ins are now something usual, no order no laws anymore, a real piece of wild west...

if you are looking for mess this is an ideal environment for you, trash is not picked up, everywhere is dog poop along with a sight of a construction zone because of IKE, they still not fixed up roofs! they are using nylon covers instead of real roof material!!! this is not it yet...

you can have a lot of different kinds of problems and troubles here, for example see your new car get towed right away just because you ve forgotto put the sticker on for one night...In summary; if you are looking for a dirty, loud, messed up place for living you ve got it there go ahead do the same mistake I am doing and join the nob hill losers club.

This is a real testomony of someone lived there for 5 years and looking fw to get out asap....!! good luck...
