Very Disappointing Place
After the new management has bought the Nob Hill, this place has become very bad apartment complex. There is no enough staff. Managers are not able to recognize that if the tenants become unhappy, there will be no one who is paying for their salaries. Nob Hill is very far from downtown. Since the part of Nob Hill is a dormitory, you can see noisy students very often. In addition, I sometimes see students making out around. Utility bills are so high. Buildings are very old. To be honest, there is no good reason to live here anymore. Run my friend, run run run, do not be the last one!
